FORNIR Olga Sawicka has been involved in the production and trade of veneers and face veneers for 25 years.
The recipients of our products are manufacturers producing furniture, doors and interior equipment both for housing and public utility facilities. We produce veneers and face veneers made from timber obtained in the Regional Directorate of State Forests, holding FSC ® certificate.
We specialise in the manufacture of veneers and face veneers in:
- oak,
- alder,
- ash,
- birch,
- pine,
- walnut,
- beech.
The basic thickness of produced veneers is:
- 0.60mm for hardwood veneer,
- 0.80mm for pine,
- the thickness of face veneers is from 1.00mm to 2.50mm.
Our products are produced in AB quality class within three framework groups, namely:
- furniture material with the length of 0.50 - 2.00m,
- door material 2.05 - 2.50m,
- plate material 2.55 - 2.75 and 2.80 - 3.20.
We are in possession of an international certificate of our production FSC ®, numbered CU - COC - 810744. We conduct sales in the domestic and foreign markets. We provide short-term deliveries, including transport.
Oak veneers and face veneers are manufactured with the use of eccentric method on veneer-peeling machines. Therefore, they have increased width and are virtually without so-called glance.
Veneers as well as alder and birch face veneers are also produced with the use of eccentric method - alder in natural or in so-called honey colours and birch with a bright and white colour.
Ash veneers and face veneers are produced with the use of flat method on vertical planes as light-coloured sapwood and heartwood.
Pine veneers and face veneers are processed with the use of flat method on vertical planes from so-called \"high-edge\". Thanks to this method, we obtain veneer and face veneer with a standing tree ring.
